Sadeesha — Ayurveda and remedial practitioner
Sadeesha Jayaviruduge
Ayurveda Practitioner
BAMS, Dip. RM
Accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA)

Ayurveda and Remedial Massage Practitioner.

Sadeesha completed her Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, a rigorous six-year full-time program comprising five years of academic study and a mandatory one-year clinical internship in Ayurvedic hospitals. She worked as a qualified Ayurveda physician for five years serving her community before migrating to Australia in 2019.

Building on her clinical experience in natural healthcare, she further expanded her practical skills and knowledge by completing a Diploma of Remedial Massage at TAFE Queensland. Her professional background combines traditional Ayurvedic principles with hands-on therapeutic techniques, allowing her to provide care that considers each individual as a whole rather than focusing solely on symptoms.

Drawing on both traditional knowledge and contemporary remedial treatment approaches, Sadeesha supports health and wellbeing through a holistic and personalised approach to care.

Outside of her professional life, Sadeesha enjoys singing, gardening, and spending time connecting with nature. She values family as the most important part of her life.
